William Caxton & Sons Publishers , LLC is a publishing imprint dedicated to works of high literary merit, scholarship on Old Masters works of art and as well high-quality print magazines as custom publishing. The imprint was founded as a publishing venture in humble if high-minded response to the declining standards of our current literary landscape. On a more practical note, it serves as the publishing wing to its founder's work as an advisor and consultant in European Old Masters painting. Based in Washington DC, the nameWilliam Caxton refers to the presumed first printer in the English language and publisher of the works of Shakespeare.
About the Founder:
Marcia A. Christoff is originally from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, and is based in Los Angeles. She studied in Europe and attended Columbia University. As an adult she has lived and worked in southeastern Europe, London, Cairo, Vienna, New York and Washington DC. She has had an extensive writing career, alongside
championing the cause of the great Old Masters in European painting.
